Sharon received garden fresh swiss chard and whipped up this wonderful lamb wrap. See the recipe below:
YIELD: Serves 4 PREP TIME: 18 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 pound of sliced and grilled lamb
1 Red onion sliced and saute
1 Green bell pepper sliced and saute
4 Large Tortilla warmed
8 - 12 Swiss chard leaves, rinsed and trimmed
Flaky sea salt, season lamb
Freshly ground black pepper to taste, season lamb
Soybean free mayonnaise to taste
Assemble wrap and enjoy!
