Sharon's Swiss Chard Lamb Wrap

Sharon received garden fresh swiss chard and whipped up this wonderful lamb wrap. See the recipe below:


YIELD: Serves 4 PREP TIME: 18 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of sliced and grilled lamb

  • 1 Red onion sliced and saute

  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced and saute

  • 4 Large Tortilla warmed

  • 8 - 12 Swiss chard leaves, rinsed and trimmed

  • Flaky sea salt, season lamb

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste, season lamb

  • Soybean free mayonnaise to taste

Assemble wrap and enjoy!
