Merck Accused of 'Disease Mongering' to Sell Gardasil HPV Vaccine This suit was surfaced by Law.com Radar. Read the complaint here.
Pharmaceutical company Merck was hit with a product liability lawsuit regarding the HPV vaccine Gardasil Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court. The lawsuit alleges that the vaccine has a questionable efficacy rate and causes injuries due to it being fast-tracked by the FDA in 2006. The complaint was filed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense and Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman on behalf of Corinn McElerney. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-01814, McElerney v. Merck & Co. Inc. et al.

Prince Harry of Great Britain now residing in the United States - recently made statements regarding his mental health. Like Thomas Szasz, the psychiatrist, we do not believe in mental illness. We do believe there can be brain trauma and recognize that brain cell nerves can be damage as in the case of Alzheimer's diseases, which the medical industry does not know what either causes it or cures it. Nonetheless, they make billions annually treating it; producing no cure but profiting until the person dies. What we do know that occurs is disease mongering as described in the above lawsuit. Often what occurs in an industry more concerned with profit than healing people is a bloated system that often abandons authentic healthcare for profit. As Szasz so precisely points out psychiatry is the science of lies along with many other medical branches, diagnosis, treatments, products and drugs. As people like, Warren Buffet and Jeff Bezos have echoed along with Szasz, the medical industry continues to produce poor health outcomes, rising health care cause, rising health insurance costs, hospital monopolies, high morbidity rates and high mortality rates.
With disease mongering we have also noted, where disease is created not discovered in one patient. The patients family member is then suspected of having the same disease. So, when one hears that Prince Harry may have a mental disease, they may shrug it off as nearly 20% of Americans diagnosed as having a mental illness do. Since mental health has become less stigmatized since the days when people questioned the horror found in insane asylums, where patients never got better and hardly ever left but were often experimented on in the name of health care.
As Szasz points out such lies can follow, via the doctors who are ill licenses to diagnosis (create illness) rather than discover illness, can follow a person and consequently a family for life and generations. With a family that has lasted countless generations and thousands of years, such lies can have a profound impact resulting in poor health care outcomes and senseless lies, misconception, disinformation and misinformation produced by lies. We pray that truth and clarity be with the Royal Family during these times. Historically the emotions produced by the human condition such as shyness of public speaking and homosexuality have been addressed by family members and / or religious leaders not made available for profit exploitation and the fruit bore by lies.
