Free from grain, gluten, eggs, dairy, and refined sugar.
INGREDIENTS 1 quart apple juice (I use my homemade apple juice) 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves a pinch nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the apple juice into a saucepan and add spices.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Strain through a cheesecloth to remove spices, if desired.
Serve hot and refrigerate leftovers.
