Before you ask, fast fashion is the process of producing cheap, low-quality clothing in mass quantities in order to keep up with all the growing fashion trends.
Long story short, this is significantly damaging to the environment, as it greatly contributes to water pollution when textiles are disposed of.
Knowing how to spot fast fashion when shopping is important! Typically, you’ll see that they have a wide range of trends, brands and styles. Plus, if they’re offering you a lightning quick turnaround, chances are they are creating the fashion rather quickly, too.
