German cruiserweight Artur Mann, 22-5 (13 KOs ), is injured and his fight on October 4 in Zakopane (Poland) against Mateusz Masternak (pictured), 49-6 (32 KOs), for the vacant EBU title is off.
Mann was, in turn, a substitute for then champ Leonardo Mosquea, who had to relinquish the title due to serious illness.
Mosquea, 17-0 (10 KOs) is now installed as mandatory challenger while Masternak is waiting for a new co-challenger for the vacant title. When and where that fight will take place is to be announced.
